It was stunning to see a former JPMorgan office tower in NYC just completed its transformation into a high-end residential building—one of the largest office-to-residential conversions in U.S. history. They even tacked on 10 extra floors to the skyscraper! Amazing!! Some insane amenities like pickleball courts, co-working spaces, a gym, a spa, and even an outdoor pool. Crazy to think how fast office buildings are turning into homes. It's just mind boggling! See the before and after. Isn't that incredible?
